Treasure in the City!- Port. St. Lucie

Dear Florida, what’s cookin’?
Part of the excitement of real estate and Florida living is seeing the growth and expansion in many of the cities. The word ‘HOT’ can be used to describe more than just the weather- we see it in the new developments, neighborhoods, restaurants, venues and more.
Port St. Lucie is experiencing significant growth and development, driven by various new housing projects and business maturation. So what’s all the noise about?
One of the key areas of growth is the Tradition community, a master-planned development that has become a central hub for new homes, parks, schools, and even innovative transportation like driverless shuttles. Tradition currently hosts around 10,000 residents with plans for thousands of additional homes and public amenities in the coming years.? Many of the new apartments and homes come with incentives for both renters and buyers, and the family oriented activities here make it a sought out destination for parents. With a new hospital in the center of Tradition, the new medical centers in Port. St. Lucie are an attraction to new families and healthcare providers.
Treasure Coast news shared that the world's largest heart sculpture is being constructed, and will become a Port St. Lucie landmark. It’s a project that will welcome shopping centers with a national grocery store chain, more restaurants and medical facilities as neighbors. A great spot for tourists and locals- too soon to say it could be the Chicago Bean of Florida? We'll see.
Adding a noteworthy development to the list is Sundance by Akel Homes, located in the southwestern part of the city. This project is focused on sustainability and community integration, featuring energy-efficient homes and enhanced roadways like Becker Road, which is being transformed into a safe, multi-modal transit corridor.
Florida’s Treasure Coast also offers a mix of activities, including outdoor recreation, cultural events, and community festivals. Regarding schools, Port St. Lucie has several well-rated options.
Legacy Park is attracting major companies like FedEx and Cheney Brothers. This influx is fueling the real estate market, with demand for both single-family homes and condos.
Overall, the city’s growth is robust, with ongoing residential and commercial projects enhancing its appeal as a desirable place to live and work. Treasure Property Group is strongly placed in the real estate market and we have several housing opportunities in this expanding city. If you are interested in buying or investing, we’d love to connect.
