With a passion for fashion, design, and real estate, Melina Herrera is a Real Estate professional with national and international experience in the industry since 2001. Shortly after completing her academic education, Melina started working in commercial Real Estate and land development for investors in her country. It was her academic preparation and business
understanding that allowed her to take advantage of different credit programs and help her clients make significant financial decisions.

After Melina and her family relocated to Florida in 2017, she established herself in her new home and sought a career in the industry. For the past two years, Melina has been able to help all her clients with their Real Estate investments, sales, and purchase of new homes. Melina believes that a real estate investment is the most secure financial decision one can make, but also understands the attention to detail it requires.
